Please complete the form below to request a facility for your event.   All requests are sent to ftfacility.events@gmail.com
Please tell us your name, the facility or facilities you are requesting, the date of your event, and the times you are reserving.  Please include decorating and cleaning time to your reservation. You will receive an email confirmation if you have successfully booked any of the facilities.  
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the rental and use of facilities owned and operated by Freedom Tabernacle Ministries. By completing this reservation, the User agrees to adhere to all policies listed below.

This agreement covers the use of the following areas:

Main Sanctuary
Gymnasium
Fellowship Hall
Dormitories
Amphitheater
Camp Chapel
Picnic Shelter
Softball Field

Cleaning & Maintenance Responsibilities
To keep our facilities beautiful and functional for all ministry work, the User agrees to the following
"Leave No Trace" policy:
Cleaning: All used facilities must be swept, mopped (if necessary), and wiped down.
Waste Management: All trash must be bagged and hauled off-site by the User. Do not leave trash in indoor or outdoor receptacles. There is a dumpster onsite you may utilize if it is not full.  Please replace can liners. They are available in the utility closets in all facilities.
Utilities: Ensure all lights are turned off in all rooms and restrooms before departing.
Climate Control Policy
To protect our HVAC systems, the following rules are strictly enforced:
Thermostat Adjustments: Do not change the thermostat more than two (2) degrees at any given time.
Cooling Minimum: Heat pumps must NEVER be set below 68 degrees Fahrenheit.

Deposit & Payment Information
A reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is received. Deposits are scaled as follows:
Standard Single Facility: $50.00 Minimum Deposit
Main Sanctuary or Multiple Facilities: $100.00 Deposit
How to Pay:
Online: Via the "Freedom Store" linked here or at our website. You can use the DONATE button.
In-Person: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Church Office.

Liability Waiver
The User understands and agrees that Freedom Tabernacle Ministries, its staff, and its leadership shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or medical emergencies that may occur during the usage of the said facilities. The User assumes all risks associated with the activity being hosted.
